Meet Rachel Bee
Rachel Bee is an accomplished fundraising and events professional based in New York City. With a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Rachel has demonstrated a comprehensive approach to event planning, embracing a “head-to-toe” philosophy that reflects her dedication and meticulous attention to detail.
Rachel has expertly managed and executed a wide range of events, including charity galas, golf outings, cocktail parties, and fashion luncheons, consistently achieving or surpassing the fundraising goals set by the organizations she represents. Her expertise extends to overseeing fundraising strategy, managing event committees, as well as researching and selecting key event elements such as venues, fundraising platforms, vendors, and entertainment.
In her role as an event planner, Rachel leverages the skills and insights gained from her nonprofit experience to elevate each event she manages. She has successfully coordinated weddings, birthdays, and special occasions, working closely with clients to realize their visions and ensure memorable experiences.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Rachel enjoys practicing yoga, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new restaurants and experiences in New York City.

This service consists of managing all of your event day needs such as coordinating vendors, event set up, breakdown, event logistics coordination, detail management, volunteer management, problem solving, and anything else that comes up, ensuring you are able to enjoy yourself without worrying about your event running smoothly. Service also includes up to four pre-event meetings, two site visits, and post-event follow up, as needed.
